The rooms are reasonably spacious and the breakfast is great. Particularly good location in Adams Morgan district right by downtown and subway as well as restaurants, Georgetown, city and Monuments. Also, in a safe area.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house in a lovely neighborhood. The antique furniture added a touch of elegance to our spacious room. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and made us feel right at home. We were also impressed by the helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us, including retrieving our lost luggage and providing a take-away breakfast. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. we highly recommend this unique and welcoming guest house for a memorable stay in the city.

Spotless, hip location
Room very small (which is what we booked so no complaints really, just didn't like it!) thought having the signs explaining everything was a bit overdone. All the rules!

This is a great find, in a perfect location for touring DC. Jonathan, the owner, was very kind and helpful- willing to help out any way possible. Breakfast was great, with eggs cooked to order. Room was clean and well-furnished. A great value! Will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance with luggage and cab information. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter, who lived within a 10-minute walk. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The host was personable and welcoming. The chefs were amazing, accommodating multiple orders and individual requests. The neighborhood felt safe, and the hotel and room were quiet. The housekeeper and cook were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with made-to-order items like eggs, pancakes, and fruit.
Felt right at home here, no complaints at all.

This was a wonderful old building with modern conveniences. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful and conversations with other guests fun and informative. We were close to lots of restaurants and a bus stop and a short distance from the metro.

The staff was down to earth, very friendly and helpful. Most important for me also was that the room was clean, the bathroom is new and very clean. The location is a few minutes walk from DuPont circle. They had Aljazeera, France 24 and other international news channels which was an added bonus I didn't expect.
Since it's an old house, the floors were a bit squeaky.
